ATC Guy — Terms, Privacy & Refunds
LAST UPDATED AUGUST 2026
Terms of Service
ATC Guy is a browser game. It is a game — nothing here is real air traffic control instruction, aviation training, or operational data fit for any real-world use. LIVE mode visualises publicly broadcast ADS-B position data from community feeds; positions can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the "control" you exercise exists only inside the game.
By using the site you agree to: personal, non-commercial use; no scraping, reselling or automating access to the game or its data endpoints; no attempts to bypass usage limits or the Radar Pro entitlement. We may update the game, prices and these terms; continued use means acceptance. The service is provided "as is", and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Privacy Notice
- No accounts, no passwords. Game progress lives in your browser's local storage, on your device.
- Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly counter of page views and gameplay events (e.g. "a shift was finished"). It does not track you across sites.
- Payments: Radar Pro checkout is processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle
collects your email and payment details directly — we never see your card number. We set one signed
cookie (
radar_pro) to remember Pro access on your device, and we look your subscription status up at Paddle by email. See the Paddle privacy policy. - LIVE data: aircraft positions come from community ADS-B feeds (adsb.lol, adsb.fi, airplanes.live, OpenSky) via our server; your requests to them are proxied and not tied to your identity.
- For any data question or request, email support@atcguy.com or use the contact details on our store receipts.
Refund Policy
If Radar Pro didn't work out, tell us within 14 days of purchase (reply to your Paddle receipt email, or email support@atcguy.com with your checkout email) and we will refund the payment in full. Monthly renewals are refundable within the same 14-day window, and you can cancel any time via the link in your Paddle receipt — access continues to the end of the paid period. Repeated purchase-refund cycles may be declined as abuse. Nothing here limits mandatory statutory rights in your country.
